Presently membership is free, but to give you a voice requires funds. For this reason, access to this site will in due course be restricted to paid membership, paid either on a yearly basis or on a monthly basis for a period of twelve months.

Why managed access?

All our experts are running their own businesses and usually charge at their professional rates, but they are prepared to provide members of the Leaseholders’ Community with their expertise at no further cost to you as a member within the constraints described below.

What does this mean for you?

• You will be required to post your question through the website under a button “Ask an expert”. On a first come first serve basis you will be contacted to speak to an expert about your particular question.
• As a member you will receive an appointment, which does not cost you a penny with each of the experts. You cannot ask another question until you have had your appointment.
• You may find an answer to your question exists in our blogs and forums because it has been asked by others so it is worth scanning these as they may save you time.

Why this procedure?

We hope that like this every member will get an amount of time for free that should provide help with any immediate specific concerns, but it ensures that the time our experts have agreed to support members is justifiable for them.

Membership fees

• Membership is currently free.
• When membership becomes chargeable it will be £100 when paid yearly otherwise £10 per month.
