Who are we?

Leaseholders' Community is run by a leasehold director with the support of legal firm, a surveying and accounting practice. We all are united in the desire of supporting all leaseholders in their ongoing challenges.

Why a country wide community?

• Residential leasehold makes a substantial part of dwellings in the UK. Let’s get residential leasehold dwellings to a standard where everyone likes to live in theirs.
• The number of commercial leaseholders seems to be unknown at present.
• The economical, political and social pressures for all types of leasehold are changing.

Only when we become one united voice, we will become part of the conversation.

Aims are to

• Support all types of leaseholders with professional advice when needed especially as the leasehold landscape is changing.
• Gather statistical data for all aspects leasehold (no traceable personal data will be used.) and with that type of information become the go-to place for information about leaseholders for other organisations.
• Form a voice of leaseholders that cannot be ignored by decision makers. Every voice counts!
